Boab Health Services is a not-for-profit, multidisciplinary primary health care service delivering allied health, mental health, and care coordination services throughout the Kimberley.
About the roles
These important roles work with a broader allied health team and other diabetes educators to plan and deliver clinical and non-clinical diabetes education support and services to people living in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia. The role delivers services to towns and remote communities in the region. The position works in partnership with cultural health services, WA State Health Services, and other community-based organisations.
About you
The right fit for us and our company culture is super important, so if you are passionate about delivering the best possible health care, we are really looking for you. We want someone who can work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Ideally, you will have experience in delivering diabetes education across a variety of health settings. You will have ADEA accreditation or be working toward it. Your experience, compassion, and motivation to work in rural and remote health care and with Aboriginal people will be highly regarded. You will have AHPRA registration and membership in a relevant professional association.
