Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Machine Design and concept development.
* Project Management including liaising directly with clients and managing project schedules.
* Executing Research and Development (R&D) initiatives.
* Conducting Risk Assessment (AS4024) and upholding Quality Assurance standards.
* Utilizing hands-on skills in the workshop for assembly, testing, and crucial problem-solving.
* Travel will be required for machinery installation, client training, and commissioning.
What You'll Bring To The Team
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in automation machinery, packaging equipment, or similar industrial applications.
* Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering Qualifications
* Experience in the field of Automation required
* Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor with a proven ability to create Mechanical Designs, Pneumatic Circuits, Electrical Schematics
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for client and team engagement.
* A high level of self-motivation, reliability, and thorough commitment to project success.
* Knowledge of PLC programming and motion control is a significant advantage.
