Banking Specialist Role

This role involves having in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
* We require an individual with exceptional customer service skills, ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex financial terms clearly.
* This person must be able to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything they do.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing tailored advice and support.
2. Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
