Fire Safety Officer Role
This role involves contributing to fire safety efforts in the community.
* Respond to emergency incidents and participate in training and community education activities aimed at enhancing public awareness of fire risks and prevention strategies.
* Promote community preparedness through educational initiatives, collaborating with local stakeholders to identify and address potential fire hazards.
* Engage in continuous professional development, attending regular drills and training courses to maintain and enhance competencies.
Key Qualifications:
* Eligibility for a current Blue Card or equivalent clearance.
* Manual C Class driver's licence required.
* Australian Permanent Resident status is mandatory.
* Livability within commuting distance from an auxiliary fire station is essential.
Compensation Package:
* Salary: $106,000 - $130,400 per fortnight.
* Annual salary: $1,752,000 - $2,138,600.
