Laundry Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our laundry team.
About the Role
This is a permanent part-time opportunity working in a supportive team environment. You will be responsible for completing laundry tasks according to established schedules, including routine and project cleaning tasks. Your duties will include:
* Mopping and vacuuming floors, carpet cleaning, damp dusting, cobweb removal, window cleaning, waste management, restocking of supplies, collection of soiled linen and clothing as required
* Ensuring ample supplies of clean linen, towels, and laundry skip bags are consistently stocked in designated storage areas within the home
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require experience in cleaning and laundry tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, damp dusting, window and high cleaning. You will also need knowledge and experience in safe chemical handling and cleaning experience in residential aged care. A desire to work in a mission-based organisation and make a positive difference in the community is essential.
