**About the Position**:
Impression Dental Group are searching for experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionists to work dual roles on a full time basis. Come and join our supportive and dedicated team, providing assistance on the front desk and assisting during treatments. Our Dentists and team are patient focused to ensure the highest quality treatments and patient centered care are provided every time.
**At its core, this role is about**:
- Delivering exceptional care - patients always come first, especially when we are working with children
- Proactively helping keep us running - working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation;
- Patient management; answering phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments and taking payments

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Experience as a DA - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
- A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
- A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value
