Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Expert
This position requires the ability to design and implement robust, scalable cloud architectures that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management solutions.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications for multi-cloud architectures.
* Oversee the integration of Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management with Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
* Ensure data models, APIs, and security frameworks align with business goals.
* Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features in Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience with Salesforce, 3+ years as a Marketing Cloud Architect.
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile, Email Studio, AMPscript, and SSJS.
* Proven expertise in architecting Salesforce Loyalty Management programs, including points logic and integrations.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data architecture.
* Experience with Data Cloud integration with external sources using standard connectors and custom integration.
* Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative development.
* Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, System Architect, or Technical Architect track.
