About the Opportunity:
This full-time permanent position reports directly to the Operations Manager and focuses on developing strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Our customer base includes local farmers, primary producers, and trade clientele. Key responsibilities include providing knowledge and support to existing and new customers, processing sales orders, managing stock control, and preparing orders for delivery.
* Expert advice on product pricing, logistics, and availability will be provided to key clients.
* Ongoing relationships with new and existing clients will be created through proactive solution-based approaches.
* Excellent customer service will be offered and you will be the primary contact for key clients regarding product information.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a team support role within a busy environment. You must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an interest in the agriculture industry. Additionally, you will demonstrate:
