About the Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse in the Neuro-Cardiothoracic ward, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, patient-centred care across a diverse caseload.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to positive patient outcomes, support junior staff, and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice.
Skills and Experience
Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years\' experience in neurosurgical and/or cardiothoracic nursing
Demonstrated experience in acute surgical/critical care hospital settings
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Commitment to protected practice, infection control, and continuous improvement
Postgraduate qualification in critical care, neurosurgical, or cardiothoracic nursing
Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
Competitive pay rates $41.70 - $50.98 per hour (experience-based)
