Assembly line specialist

About the Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to work at our Service Centre in Kalgoorlie. This individual will be responsible for performing tasks across all areas of our operations, contributing to the team's success and growth.
The successful candidate will perform tasks such as disassembly, cleaning, quoting, machining, rebuilding, and testing Rockdrills. They will troubleshoot and resolve service issues, escalating technical concerns when needed. Additionally, they will assist the Workshop Manager in executing the national service plan, manage inventory, provide leadership and supervision within the workshop, mentor colleagues, and focus on quality improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in fitting and machining, industry knowledge, and an understanding of our products' importance to customers. They should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, positive approach with excellent communication skills is essential, along with conflict resolution skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Welding experience is an advantage.
