ConnX Systems Administrator
6‑Week Contract | Onsite | Start ASAP
Our client is seeking an experienced ConnX Systems Administrator to lead the remaining implementation and configuration of their HRIS. This is a hand‑on contract role for someone who knows ConnX inside out and can guide the organisation through best‑practice setup, configuration, and rollout.
Around 70% of core data — including org charts, positions, and structures — has already been entered, and the onboarding and recruitment modules have begun to be switched on. Now they need a ConnX specialist to take the lead, complete the build, and ensure everything is functioning optimally.
What You'll Do
Complete the implementation and backend configuration of ConnX
Finalise and validate existing data
Review and optimise system settings to ensure best practice
Train and support the team in day‑to‑day system use
Advise and guide stakeholders through what's required — the team is new to ConnX and looking for an expert to take charge
What We're Looking For
Strong experience implementing ConnX, not just operating it
Proven track record rolling out ConnX for other organisations
Confident, knowledgeable consultant who can lead the process end‑to‑end
Excellent communicator with the ability to train and guide a team with limited HRIS experience
Role Details
Location: Onsite, Sydney area
Hours: Full‑time, 5 days per week onsite
Contract: ~6 weeks

Interview Process: 1 round
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an HRIS implementation, bring structure and clarity to a partially built system, and set the HR team up for long‑term success.
