IP Sentinels ) is a firm of patent and trade mark attorneys located in South Perth. We provide intellectual property (IP) services to a wide range of clients both in Australia and around the world.
We are seeking a secretary/IP administrator for a varied role that includes administrative, reception and financial support duties to assist a small and dedicated team of attorneys. Computing proficiency is important as you will be communicating electronically with the Patent & Trade Marks Office and will be working within proprietary document management systems and industry-specific programs, in addition to generating letters and other documents from existing templates as well as creating invoices and liaising with our accounts personnel for processing of payments.
It is a full-time position, but we can be flexible in terms of hours per week to accommodate the right person.
Your skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally (but not necessarily) have experience in a similar position. You will be a self-starter, with exceptional communication skills and have outstanding attention to detail. Experience in an IP firm and with document management systems Equinox, Patricia or Improtech will be highly regarded.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
