Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments at a client site, campus, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert project management services to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure the effective execution of projects.
* Coordinate and manage the selection, contracting process, and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project.
* Review requisitions, change orders, and other invoices associated with the project and confer with clients and stakeholders on costs and impacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* Professional certification (or working towards) such as RICS, COIB, AIPM (CPPP), or CAPM.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering/construction project accountability roles.
* Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
* Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.
