The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Secondary Teacher who can teach Senior Modern History and English for Term 3 start on a full-time permanent basis. Joining a team of skilled professionals, this role will see you:
* create safe, inclusive and challenging learning environments and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans
* operate effectively at all stages of the teaching and learning cycle and demonstrate professional knowledge in structuring lessons to meet the student needs
* establish positive relationships including engagement in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development
* maintain currency of professional knowledge and skills and participate in self and organisational renewal processes
* use state of the art technology to contextualise and expand students’ modes and breadth of learning.
