Job Title: SAP HCM Lead
This is a Mid-Senior level role within the Government Shared Services team at the Department of Customer Service.
About the Team:
The Delivery team is responsible for supporting the delivery of the strategic roadmap to consolidate and harmonise shared services operations and systems across the public sector.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design tools and implement processes to identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to business systems, processes and workflows aligned with the overall business unit requirements and operational plans.
* Manage the development, facilitation, coordination and communication of initiatives and strategies applying best practice methodologies to ensure organisational consistency and improved performance.
* Provide proactive advice and reports to functional leads and Directors to ensure proposed solutions consider business requirements, identify change impacts and sustainability.
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of SAP Organisation Management functionality.
* Knowledge of SAP Personnel Administration and workflow functionality.
* Knowledge of public sector HCM, delegations and workflow practices.
Salary Information: Base salary starting at 125,693 plus superannuation.
