This is an amazing newly created role working with a fantastic team of marketers in a busy commercial environment where you will be a key member of the team enabling the marketing team to maximise profit by ensuring they are working efficiently. You will work with the marketing managers to implement process improvement or innovation techniques that enable the Marketing team to achieve organisational objectives by operating as efficiently as possible. Your role provides a central point of alignment, coordination and integration by developing, embedding and governing best-in-class end-to-end work management solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordination of developing annual and quarterly plans
- Support the Commercial Marketing management team by developing dashboards/widgets that provide visibility of their team's allocated workstack
- Collaborates and integrates heavily with a broad cross section of stakeholders
- Manage the development or enhancement to existing frameworks and processes that enable the Commercial Marketing team to manage planned initiatives
- Lead the development or enhancement to existing tools and processes (primarily Azure DevOps and Confluence)
- Manage the development or enhancement to existing frameworks and processes (i.e. Epics/Features/User Stories/Tasks
- Design and implement a delivery framework, including establishing a cadence to 'scrum like' ceremonies, that allows the team to manage daily work
**Skills**
- Degree qualifications in appropriate discipline.
- Qualifications in Agile Methodology.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, MS Project.
- Proven experience leading the coordination of teams in fast paced environments with overlapping projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience developing comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban practices would be highly desirable
