**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the Customer & Technical Queries Manager, the main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering calls from clients about their builds, installs, and troubleshooting product issues.
- Directing customer to the repairs portal and scheduling a technician to assist on-site.
- Empathising with customers surround errors or mistakes and promptly assisting them.
- Maintaining and building customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, daily.
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
**The Successful Applicant**:
Our client is seeking a proven and dedicated Client Service Coordinator who has an excellent phone manner and has an ability to empathise with customers when they call in. You will have excellent communications skills and the ability to prioritise tasks correctly, actioning what is most important asap. An excellent training program, with on-going support, will be provided. This is a great opportunity to join an excellent team as well.
