About Us
We are a fast-paced and innovative global startup with offices in Ramat Gan, London, and Grand Rapids (MI). As we continue to expand, we seek an additional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 6-month contract.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage the entire recruitment process for roles based in Israel.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team goals.
* Source, engage, and hire top-tier candidates, focusing on technical positions.
* Develop and maintain a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
* Ensure data accuracy and transparency through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience through effective communication and relationship building.
* Contribute to the global HR team by sharing ideas, improving processes, and thinking creatively about attracting talent.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth, global tech company.
* Strong sourcing skills and ability to creatively identify top talent.
* A curious and innovative mindset with a passion for solving recruiting challenges in new ways.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with a specific system is a plus).
* Proven ability to build trusting partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
