The Brand Marketing Specialist role is essential in the delivery of the marketing strategy for Sea-Doo across Australia, New-Zealand, Japan and Eastern Asia Pacific Island. In close collaboration with the head of the brand; you will be responsible for the coordination of the delivery the different marketing tactics while leading the influencer management and content strategy pillars.
This role will give you the chance to be directly exposed to the local strategy of a global brand with the support of an experienced manager.
**Your responsibilities are**: 
Acting as the brand champion, lead all brand compliance activities to ensure all material created and localised is on-brand and in keeping with the brand guidelines
Lead the driver brand's content and community strategy by working with and engaging third-party stakeholders to manage projects from concept stage through to media distribution
Assist in the preparation of the annual Brand Plan, contributing the strategic communications, content, community, and activation initiatives
Assist with the implementation of communication, partnership, PR, trade activation and event activities
Take a leading role on the development, planning and measurement of the brand's owned media platforms
Manage merchandise acquisition and inventory and flow of brand POS materials into third parties
Manage A&P;, including expenditure, creation of POs, tracking, monthly close and reporting to the driver brand manager on any discrepancies
Analyse and review brand Communication/PR performance, ensuring clear understanding of opportunities and threats
Provide commentary for monthly and quarterly reports
Support in the preparation of ad-hoc reports and reviews, including presentations such as formal Business Reviews and content calendar updates
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline 
2 to 4yrs marketing background / brand management ideally, any previous experience in automotive, motorsport, global brands would be beneficial. Client-services / Agency experience can be considered if supported by strong project management skills 
Ideally project experience with managing brand influencers and developing and driving a brand's content strategy. 
Great communication skills and good negotiation skills 
Recommending and managing third parties, i.e., agencies, videographers, influencer managers 
Strong MS Office skills including advanced ability with Excel and PowerPoint 
Strong ability to work in a dynamic environment and a operate as a great team player
