We are seeking a graduate level ambitious self-starter wanting to kick start their career in Sales! We have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Coordinator** to join our **Abbott Nutrition** business.
This role will work closely with the Sales Director and their sales team to provide support including meeting coordination, making domestic travel bookings, filing and other general admin duties.
**Your responsibilities include (and not limited to)**:
- Perform administrative duties to support the Ethical team including meeting coordination, making domestic travel bookings, filing and other general admin duties
- Update and maintain information systems, databases, records, files and confidential documents, taking into consideration company policies, compliance and audit procedures
- Manage POs, invoices and vendor set-up in a timely manner and follow up to ensure compliance guidelines met
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, training courses and conferences as required
- Provide support to the field Key Account Management team
- Process sample order requests from field Key Account Management team and own sample process including monthly reporting process
- Support and coordinate the 'no charge sample requests' from the sales representatives, ensuring all compliance measures are followed.
- Assist in booking domestic travel and hotels for respective sales teams within company guidelines
- Assist in setting up PSA's, Sponsorships and other required documentation
- Collaborate with other Coordinators across the ANI ANZ business
- Assist with adhoc requirements and projects as required
**Who we're looking for**:
- **Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or Marketing**
- Experience in a similar role and Healthcare industry experience highly desirable
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload with strong time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Advanced Microsoft office skills; general exposure to, or willingness to learn key digital tools
