As Analyst you will play a key role within the Investment Operations team in our Sydney office.
Your Responsibilities
* Preparation and review of tailored reporting and advice to our superannuation and pension fund clients
* Maintenance of performance models, including reconciliation of investment records and implementing portfolio changes
* Review of unit pricing information, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
* Assisting with the settlement of direct alternative investment transactions
* Liaising with clients, custodians and other external service providers
What We Look For
* Tertiary qualification in a business‐related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Studies), demonstrating strong foundational knowledge
* 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a high‐performing financial institution
* Proven exposure to environments such as fund management, custodianship, or superannuation funds
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities with the ability to translate findings into practical outcomes
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritise effectively in a fast‐paced environment
* Consistently high attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,i.e. the ability to work confidently with complex documents and datasets
