We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our team at Gees Restaurant & Bar. As a member of our culinary team, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver our high standards of quality and consistency.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Experienced in managing a kitchen team
* Able to lead, inspire and motivate people
* Skilled in interpersonal communication, coaching and teamwork
* Familiar with current Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene and Allergens legislation
