Operations Lead
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A valid driver's license.
* At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the crushing industry, preferably in processing plant operations.
* In-depth knowledge of permit-to-work procedures.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining personal and team safety standards.
* Coordinating shutdown planning and execution processes.
* Implementing and managing weekly maintenance schedules.
* Ensuring accurate and timely work reports, including recording in the SAP system.
* Promoting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
