Searching for an experienced Public Liability Claims Assessor to join their team and help drive this team forward.
Your new role
Working as a Public Liability Claims Assessor you will be:
* Managing a portfolio of claims
* Accurately assess various types of claims, in accordance with company compliance and policy
* Investigate and request additional information where required, to ensure the claim outcome is right for the client whilst being in line with policy
* Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
* Identify complaints and recognise customer expressions of dissatisfaction to ensure such customers' concerns are handled correctly
* Adhering to high quality assurance standards and making sure these are maintained
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in public liability claims assessment (highly desirable)
* Experience in liability claims assessment, personal injury (minimum requirement)
* Competent knowledge of the end-to-end claims assessment process
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Great time management skills
* The right attitude and someone who wants to have a long and successful career within Insurance
