Program Details:
Permanent position with structured on-the-job training, guided learning plans, and leadership mentoring.
Two-year program with two one-year rotations across various roles and projects.
Start date: 2nd February 2026
Applications close: 30th April 2025
Who we're looking for:
Final year Electrical Engineering students or graduates (class of 2024) based in NSW.
Willing to travel to site or work FIFO for rotations.
Ambitious, adaptable, proactive learners with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong communication skills and a capacity to build stakeholder relationships.
Creative problem-solvers willing to relocate or FIFO.
About UGL:

Some rotations may include opportunities within our Utilities division, focusing on power sector infrastructure, including projects like Humelink, Snowy Hydro Hunter Power, and the M6 Stage 1 JV.
