Key Responsibilities
* Review and interpret regulatory obligations to ensure operational compliance
* Identify and assess compliance incidents, advising on remediation and prevention measures
* Prepare regulatory submissions, reports, returns, and attestations
* Maintain and oversee compliance breach registers and risk documentation
* Conduct privacy, TPRA, and other regulatory risk assessments
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regulators
Key Requirements
* Proven compliance experience in the financial services industry
* Deep knowledge of AFSL, ACL, APRA standards and AML/CTF obligations
* Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements with clarity
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to influence, advise, and constructively challenge stakeholders at all levels
* Analytical thinker with sound judgment and collaboration skills
