About the RoleShopace (Embroidery, Printing & Signage) is seeking a motivated andenthusiastic Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Redbank. This isa part-time and casual opportunity suited to someone who thrives in a creative,fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients and internalteams.This role plays a key part in strengthening client relationships, delivering high-quality branding and design outcomes, and ensuring projects are executedsmoothly from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Able to operate an embroidery / printing machine or willing to learn
* Customer Relationship Management & Engagement – Build and
maintain strong, lasting client relationships through proactivecommunication and support.• Branding, Printing & Design Coordination – Support brandinginitiatives and oversee print and design deliverables to ensure quality andconsistency.• Project Management – Coordinate tasks, timelines, and stakeholders toensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.• Communication – Act as a clear and confident point of contact for clientsand team members.• Client Trust Building – Develop credibility and reliability throughtransparency, responsiveness, and professionalism.
