* Oversee portfolio performance monitoring, including business plan delivery, covenant compliance, and asset-specific risk management.
* Manage external relationships with borrowers, developers, legal advisers, and consultants throughout the deal lifecycle.
* Ensure timely delivery of fund-level and investor reporting in line with performance benchmarks and governance standards.
* Contribute to broader business initiatives, including recruitment, capital raising, investor relations, and strategic planning.
* Actively support the firm's people and culture agenda, and promote a high-performance, values-driven team environment.
Candidate Profile:

* Strong track record in executing real estate investments, ideally involving construction finance.
* Solid understanding of construction risks, legal documentation, and structuring complexities.
* Exposure to real estate taxation principles and how they impact credit decision-making.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – capable of influencing internal committees and external counterparties.
* Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
* Degree qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Real Estate, Law or related fields.
