Roster and Analysts Compliance Manager - Full-time - 12- Month FTC - Mirrabooka & Balcatta
Hays is currently working with a well-established NFP aged care provider, who are looking for their new Roster And Analyst Compliance Manager to join the team. This is a full-time 12- Month FTC, in-office role, offering a fantastic opportunity working between both their Mirrabooka and Balcatta locations.
Your New Role As the RACM, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal rostering and aligning all legislative requirements. Combining analytical expertise with operational oversight to drive, monitor and evaluate roster compliance and efficiency.
Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Roster Management and Compliance
* Strategic Planning and Forecasting
* Workforce Optimisation
* Leadership and Supervision for 3 Direct Reports
* Collaboration and Reporting
What You'll Need to Succeed To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and qualities:
* Strong understanding of roster management, privacy and compliance in aged care.
* Proficient in payroll systems, data analysis and administrative database functions.
* Experience leading small teams with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, experience with MIRUS and Care System would be advantageous.
* Qualifications in commerce accounting or a related field will be advantageous.
