As one of Tasmania's most loved independent breweries, Moo Brew continues to grow, and we're looking for an organised, detail-oriented Sales & Admin Coordinator to support our business. This role sits across Sales, Logistics & Operations, E-Commerce, Marketing, and our taphouse, Manky Sally's, helping keep things running smoothly from the brewery to the taphouse, to the inbox, and to interstate trucks.
We're looking for someone with strong admin and problem solving skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to stay adaptable in a busy, fast-moving environment. In return, you'll play a real part in how the business grows while building your skills in an award-winning craft brewery. The role is offered full-time, though we're open to part-time for the right candidate. If you're experienced and looking for reduced hours, we'd still like to hear from you.
The gig:
You'll support the smooth running of our sales, brand, and operational functions, including:
* Managing online orders through Shopify/Unleashed, including packing, dispatch and tracking.
* Responding to customer enquiries and ensuring timely delivery coordination.
* Coordinating national account submissions, pricing updates, product info, and promotions.
* Managing interstate ex-brewery orders and maintaining communication with trade customers.
* Assisting with interstate wholesaler replenishment, POS ordering, NPD asset tracking, and third-party databases.
* Supporting tastings, events, and activations with logistics, stock, and reporting.
* Assisting with project managing promotional and brand events.
* Maintaining event calendars, brand assets, and key sales data.
* Liaising with the media team for sampling and product launches.
* Preparing agendas, meeting notes, and internal communications.
* Coordinating travel, shared drive organisation, and general office support.
* Assisting the Operations and Logistics Supervisor in the coordination of schedules & deliveries, stock movement, and freight.
* Assisting with onboarding, team culture moments, merchandise stock levels, and office supplies.
* Helping streamline processes and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
The you:
* A standout administrator: organised, efficient, detail-driven, and proactive.
* Confident in managing multiple priorities and communicating across departments.
* Comfortable with systems and reporting tools (experience with Shopify/Unleashed a bonus).
* Excellent computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Capable of working autonomously in a high-change and high-pressure environment
* A team player who enjoys supporting others and working in a dynamic, creative environment.
* Effective communication is key, especially when dealing with mainland wholesalers, distributors, coordinating with team members and representing Moo Brew at trade events
* Someone who appreciates great beer and the people who make it.
