In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality installations, timely service, and a strong focus on safety. You will be responsible for managing a skilled team of technicians, providing training, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards, including the Nominee Supervisor QBCC License requirements Tasks & Responsibilities * Manage and oversee service and installation teams, ensuring timely, safe, and professional project execution. * Coordinate daily schedules, resources, and team assignments to optimize efficiency. * Provide leadership and training to technicians, ensuring all work meets or exceeds company and industry standards. * Ensure full compliance with QBCC licensing requirements. * Oversee and enforce safety protocols on job sites, ensuring all team members follow safety regulations and best practices. * Monitor customer feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally. * Maintain accurate records, including job reports, invoices, and customer communications. * Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and ensure all installations meet high-quality standards. * Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
