A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Delivery Driver/Storeperson at our Samios Darwin branch. We are seeking an enthusiastic team oriented person who is well organized and shows attention to detail to take on this full time role currently available.
Responsibilities
* Manage the loading & unloading of all incoming and outgoing goods.
* Quality assurance and accuracy of receipting and dispatching goods.
* Regular cyclical stock takes.
* Work with the sales team to achieve daily branch requirements.
* Picking & Packing of store orders.
Qualifications
* A current MR Truck Licence
* Warehouse Experience
* Manual Licence with clean driving record
* Plumbing Experience highly regarded
* No medical limitations in regard to physical lifting and handling heavy materials within Workplace Safety Limitations.
* Proficient basic mathematical and written skills.
* Basic computer literacy required.
* Ability to multitask
The successful applicant will ideally have
* Will be self-motivated, confident and reliable with excellent organization and time management skills.
* Previous experience loading and unloading goods, picking and packing orders, deliveries and manual handling.
* Have exceptional communication and have the ability to multi-task.
* Be able to liaise with customers, suppliers and team members in a friendly and respectful manner.
* Aptitude to learn and understand our product range.
