Your new companyMy client, an industry leader established over 45 years ago, requires a Production Manager, paying between $100,000 and $150'000 + Super, based in Williams.Your new roleIn your role as Production Manager, you will be required to:Lead, coach and develop production staff, supervisors and operators. You will establish clear expectations, training systems and performance accountability, while building a strong safety culture through visible leadership and engagement. Your role will be required to embed quality and feed safety ownership within the team while delivering daily and weekly production plans to quality, safety and cost targets. An attitude to learning will help you drive continuous improvement through people capability and process discipline.
What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will either be an experienced Production Manager, or someone looking for a new and exciting challenge in a leadership role. My client is looking for someone that has the ability to train, mentor and lift team performance and, whilst the role requires experience within manufacturing or processing environments, my client is happy to consider someone with either strong leadership skills or someone with the right attitude in willing to learn these leadership skills.
