Job Description
* Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
* Assist dentists and oral health professionals during procedures.
* Manage stock control, sterilisation, and infection control protocols.
* Provide leadership and training to dental assistants.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
* Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting (essential).
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Passionate about providing outstanding patient care.
* Proficiency with dental software systems (highly desirable if experienced with OASIS)
