Key Responsibilities:
* Guide and mentor individuals with disabilities to help them develop new skills and achieve their employment goals.
* Tailor your approach to suit each person's unique learning style and needs.
* Collaborate closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
* Experience or interest in education or training within the disability industry, or other person-related industry.
* Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals to learn new skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to negotiate and manage conflict.
* Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships within the community and industry networks.
* Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs/systems.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated solution-focused thinking, including initiative in developing innovative approaches to content delivery.
* Ability to travel when required across a regional area.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence (unrestricted) and willingness to use own vehicle (if required) with comprehensive insurance.
* Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
