The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora ambassador and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
Roles & Responsibilities

* Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve any potential performance issues and policy violations.
* Utilise expertise across divisions of responsibility (talent, brand, operations, and fan experience) to guarantee timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development.
Qualifications
* Results‐orientated leadership with at least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‐performance selling environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organisation.
* Business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
* Proven talent‐management skills, including recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; experience with succession planning and internal mobility.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
