They specialize in valves, pumps, and related equipment. They are expanding their operations and seeking an ambitious Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join their team in Sydney, NSW.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in assigned industries.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive lead generation.
- Nurture existing client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored fluid transfer solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor sales performance.
**Skills and Experience**:
- External sales experience OR Internal sales experience with a strong desire to develop your career
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Familiarity with the fluid transfer solutions industry is a plus.
