About the Role:
* Account Management: Strengthen existing customer relationships, re-engage dormant accounts, and pursue new opportunities.
* Problem-Solving & Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure mutual success.
* Stay Informed: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and product innovations to stay ahead.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
* Performance Management: Track forecasts, budgets, and targets to drive continuous improvement.
You will be working in the territory of Canberra and surrounding regional NSW – including out to Dubbo, Griffith, Wagga Wagga. This role will involve regular travel within your territory to engage with clients.
About You
* Experience: Proven sales success is essential; signage industry experience is a plus.
* Relationship & Customer-Focused: Personable, professional, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building lasting partnerships.
* Autonomous & Driven: Capable of independently managing and growing your accounts with minimal supervision, leveraging your initiative and self-direction.
* Travel Ready: Willing to travel within your territory to engage with clients. A driver's license is essential.
* Work Rights: Australian/NZ citizen or resident.
