Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ICT Operations and Security Manager to lead the development and implementation of infrastructure and security strategies.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working in a hybrid Windows / Azure / Office 365 environment, and a strong understanding of firewalls and networks.
* Contribute to the development of Infrastructure and Security strategies by providing expert guidance and direction.
* Drive research, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Infrastructure and Security initiatives through effective planning and execution.
* Manage local and cloud infrastructure, including backups from provisioning to support and maintenance, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
* Develop and maintain a robust cyber security framework and compliance program, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
* Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Train and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.
* Establish and maintain standards and procedures for Infrastructure and Security, ensuring consistency and best practices.
* Maintain the Support Helpdesk, delivering timely and effective resolution of all requests and issues.
* Nurture relationships with Vendors and managed services providers, optimizing partnerships and service delivery.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
* Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans, minimizing unplanned downtime and ensuring business resilience.
