As our Facility Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of the centre's operations, from day-to-day management to team leadership, programs, and customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all facility operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service standards
- Supervise and develop a diverse team across customer service, swim instuctors, and lifeguards
- Lead and support in-water programs, maintaining high teaching standards from infants to squads, fostering a culture of engagement, progression, and excellence
- Support the team and engage with families from the Pool Deck
- Drive community engagement and participation through cutting-edge programs and events
- Manage budgets, reporting, and operational planning
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall facility presentation
About You
- Proven experience in facility management, recreation, or similar
- Ability to work at least one day at the weekend, our peak time
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Hands-on approach - you're not afraid to get involved in all aspects of operations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Passionate about creating positive experiences for your community

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must hold, or be willing to obtain, a Paid Blue Card, as well as qualifications in:
- Pool Lifeguard
- CPR and First Aid
- Swim Teaching and Water Safety
- Aquatic Technical Officer
