About the role
This part-time Housekeeper role Tamworth, NSW offers an attractive hourly rate in a supportive and caring environment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation skills. You will be supporting a busy family based in Tamworth who run their business operations from home with 3 older children (17, 16 and 12.)
Position:
* Permanent Part-Time 12 hours per week
* 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
* 4 hours per day - flexible within school hours
What you'll be doing
* All aspects of domestic house cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen etc.
* Weekly changing of linen
* Laundry mat collection and drop off, ironing of school uniforms (travel allowance provided)
* Domestic pet care i.e. cleaning water dishes, topping up food, cleaning of kitty litter
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in the private sector minimum (6-12 months)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
* Proactive in determining items for attention
* Excellent communication skills
* Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
* Must be good with domestic animals' cats and dogs
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
Must Have:
* Clean driving record and reliable vehicle
* Current Police Check and Blue Card
* Current First Aid and CPR - or willing to obtain within 3 months of commencement
