Overview
This isn’t a standard drafting role. At Alluring Kitchens, we deliver high-end, custom cabinetry that demands accuracy, creativity, and pride in detail. Every project is unique from bespoke kitchens and laundries to full alfresco fit-outs, and our drafters are the link between design intent and flawless manufacture.
We’re looking for a Drafter / CNC Specialist who understands cabinetry from the ground up. The ideal candidate has worked as a cabinet maker and now thrives in drafting, knowing how to turn concepts into production-ready drawings that actually work in the factory and on site.
Responsibilities
Draft clear, accurate drawings to support client proposals and quotes.
Develop and refine drawings through the approval and selections process.
Produce CNC-ready files for manufacture with accuracy and efficiency.
Optimise material usage and nesting to reduce waste.
Add scribe details, fillers, and finishing panels to ensure seamless installs.
Work closely with our sales team, drafter, and production crew to keep jobs flowing smoothly.

Please note: this is an in-house role based in Findon, Adelaide. We are not seeking out-of-house contractor drawings or overseas applicants.
What We’re Offering
Competitive salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + super (negotiable for the right person).
