What you'll be doing
* Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
* Scheduling appointments and managing the reception calendar
* Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
* Maintaining office supplies and equipment
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative office environment
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a similar reception or administration support role, preferably within a professional services environment
* A minimum of 1‑2 years of reception or administration experience is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly manner
* Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in your work
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the office
