The Position Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate, dynamic, and motivated Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Clinical Services team. Services that our facility currently offers: Five surgical and medical wards including Orthopaedic ward 9 bed Critical Care Unit including a level 4 intensive care unit and level 5 coronary care unit 14 bed Day Oncology Unit Cardiac Investigations Unit Medical consulting suites and specialist centre 5 theatre complexes Emergency Department The Location Bundaberg and the Coral Coast is a thriving regional hub in South-East Queensland, only a short 45-minute flight, or 4-hour drive from Brisbane. The area lays claim to the internationally renowned Southern Great Barrier Reef, pristine beaches, abundant hinterland & agricultural landscapes, the Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Bundaberg Ginger Beer Factory, Mon Repos Turtle Rookery, and is also the home of the famous aviator Bert Hinkler. Key Selection Criteria Evidence of completion or near completion of a Bachelor of Nursing qualification or Diploma of Nursing qualification Evidence of registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or eligibility for registration prior to commencement Demonstrated clinical experience, knowledge, and skills as a Registered Nurse (desirable) Provision of high-level patient focused care delivered with empathy and compassion Demonstrated ability to critically think in a fast - paced environment Proven ability working collaboratively with in a multidisciplinary team Proven high-level communication, time management, problem solving and patient care skills How to Apply Please submit the following: A cover letter that addresses the ‘Key Selection Criteria’ (maximum 2 pages) A detailed resume (including 2 professional referees) Submit your application on our website and complete the Application for Employment form.
