What You'll Be Doing
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role includes:
* Calling warm and aged leads
* Qualifying leads and uncovering needs
* Presenting solar and battery value confidently and clearly
* Booking in-home consults for our sales team
* Navigating and updating Pipedrive CRM

We're Looking For
* Phone-based experience: call centre, sales, retention, or telesales
* Solar industry experience highly regarded but not essential
* Objection handling, rapport building, and closing for appointments
* Resilient, coachable, self-motivated operators
* Clear communicators with solid computer skills
* A team mindset with an individual hunger to win
