The Rocks Mornington are looking for casual or part time, motivated and recently qualified chef de partie/chef who wants to join our fun and dynamic team, if you have:
* experience in a fast paced kitchen preferred but not essential
* a love of fresh seafood
* provide consistent quality to the food and work practices
* passion for good food
* professional and organised with good communication
* knowledge of current food trends
