We are currently recruiting for a motivated, flexible, self-starter to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager at our Volvo Dealership in Ashmore.
What we are looking for
* Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry.
* Robust leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding negotiation skills.
* Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success.
* Knowledge of motor dealership systems.
* Conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to a deadline.
* Must be entitled to work in Australia, complete a Federal Police Check and a Traffic History (QLD) or Driving Record (NSW) check.
What the role entails
* Achieve long and short term sales, gross and profit objectives.
* Help Sales Manager ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better.
* Ensure the Sales process is being closely monitored and controlled.
* Keep Dealer Sockets diary up to date. Prospecting potential recent clients through telephone and other marketing techniques.
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process.
* On every occasion ensure that all interactions by the dealership are of the highest standard, both internally and externally.
