About Personal Care Work
Personal care workers play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily activities and promoting their overall well-being.
* Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Work one-on-one with clients in their homes to foster meaningful relationships and provide tailored support.
* Provide assistance with personal care or domestic duties in clients' homes.
* Facilitate client connections to their communities through activities they enjoy.

Qualifications and Skills
* A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support or a related field.
* A genuine passion for caring and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
* The capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
* An empathetic approach, respecting clients' backgrounds, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation.
* A reliable vehicle, current driver's licence, and car insurance for transportation between clients' homes.
* Ability to travel between clients, sometimes up to 4-5 clients per day, and up to 30 minutes between clients.
