About the Role:
As a Contract Manager, you will:
* Lead and support contract management activities across multiple projects and client accounts.
* Work closely with account leadership, business stakeholders, and client executives to shape contracts and deliver on business objectives.
* Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks, ensuring contractual compliance and value creation.
* Support negotiations, drafting, and ongoing management of key client agreements.
* Build trusted relationships with both internal teams and external client counterparts.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in contract management, ideally gained within professional services, legal, or complex commercial environments.
* Have end to end CM experience
* Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles, subcontracting practices, and contract terms & conditions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
* A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to balance commercial outcomes and risk management.
* Bachelor's degree essential; professional contract management certification (e.g. World Commerce & Contracting or NCMA) is highly regarded.
