Marketing Role Summary
This is a dynamic marketing opportunity for an experienced professional to support the growth of our luxury brands. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving campaign execution, coordinating events and activations, and delivering premium brand experiences that align with brand standards.
About the Role:
1. Assist in the development and delivery of monthly retail campaigns and tactical activity across BMW, MINI & Rolls-Royce.
2. Coordinate creative approvals, proofing, and compliance with brand CI guidelines.
3. Manage campaign rollouts across multiple channels including POS, social media, display, digital advertising, and eDM.
4. Support website content management, ensuring accuracy of offers, news, and events.
5. Create and send eDM campaigns in line with retail and brand activity, optimising for engagement and conversion.
6. Monitor digital performance metrics and provide insights for optimisation.
7. Ensure CRM data quality and contribute to lead management reporting.
8. Coordinate event logistics for launches, sponsorships, and customer activations, ensuring premium brand presentation.
9. Work with dealerships and suppliers on event execution, guest communications, RSVPs, and onsite delivery.
10. Assist with post-event reporting and measurement.
11. Support campaign reporting, gathering results across digital, CRM, event attendance and retail activity.
12. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience).
* 1–3 years' experience in a marketing support or execution role (retail or automotive exposure preferred).
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to design/digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CMS).
* Experience in social media content creation, scheduling, and execution.
* Understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, email, CRM, paid media) with willingness to grow expertise.
* Organisationaland time management skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
